Process

How does a typical engagement start?

Most engagements begin with a free AI consultation — you describe the problem, we map it to a solution and relevant case studies. If the fit is right, we move to a prototype or directly to scoped development.

How long does a project take?

Prototypes: 24 hours to 1 week. MVPs and full product builds: 4–8 weeks depending on scope. We agree on a fixed timeline before starting. No moving goalposts.

Can I see your work before I commit?

Yes. Our case studies show real products with real results. We can also share additional work under NDA if needed for a specific use case.

What happens after launch?

We offer post-launch support and iteration. Some clients engage us monthly for ongoing development. Others take the codebase in-house. Either way, you are never dependent on us.

Pricing

Do you charge hourly?

No. All engagements are fixed price. You know the cost before we start — no surprises, no scope creep billing.

What is your typical development cost?

MVP development ranges from $10K–$20K fixed price, delivered in 4–8 weeks. Automation and AI integration projects vary. Prototypes start at $149 (live session) or $199–$499 (async, 24-hour delivery).

Is the prototype fee really credited toward development?

Yes, 100%. If you move forward with development within 90 days of your prototype, the full prototype fee is credited against your development invoice.

Technical

What tech stack do you use?

We use what fits the product — React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Flutter, PostgreSQL, AWS. No proprietary platforms, no lock-in. We recommend the stack that gives you the most flexibility and the easiest path to hiring in-house later.

Do you use AI tools to build?

Yes. Our engineers use Claude Code and Cursor to move 2–3× faster. But every architectural decision is human-made, every line of code is human-reviewed, and the output is production-ready — not vibe-coded output pasted into a repo.

Can I take the code to another team?

Absolutely. You own everything. The codebase is documented, properly structured, and built to be handed off. We actively avoid patterns that would make you dependent on us.

AI & Automation

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

Email monitoring and response, document ingestion and data extraction, inbound/outbound call handling (AI receptionist), CRM and ERP integrations, custom reporting pipelines. If it follows a repeatable pattern, it can probably be automated.

Do you build AI products or just automate existing tools?

Both. We build fully custom AI-powered products (assessment engines, knowledge bases, decision tools) and we also wire AI capabilities into existing business workflows.
