Techallin provides product strategy, design, software development, AI integration, and workflow automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability, pricing, or timeline until confirmed in writing.

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, you own all custom deliverables produced for your engagement — including code, designs, and documentation — unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Techallin retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools incorporated into your deliverables remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licences.

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in paused work or late fees as specified in your project agreement.

Prototype fees are 100% credited toward a subsequent development engagement if you proceed within 90 days.

We treat all information shared during an engagement — including business plans, product ideas, technical systems, and client data — as confidential. We do not share this information with third parties without your consent.

We are happy to sign a mutual NDA prior to any substantive discussion if you require it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Techallin’s liability for any claim arising from services or use of this website is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

We warrant that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, user growth, revenue targets, or regulatory approvals resulting from our work.

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant territory as agreed in your project agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
